NH-6 is forged in one piece from 7075 aluminium. The forged body is strong and has high tensile strength.
The forging is asymmetric, so the material sits where the braking load pulls hardest.
Every body goes through an ultra-high-pressure test: no damage, no leaks and no bursts.

NH-6 comes hard anodised: the surface of the aluminium is turned into a hard oxide layer, grey-green in the photographs.
