Who we are

netzschracing.com and its online store are run by Top Source Pty Ltd (ABN 23 658 850 241), trading as P1Craft, the authorised distributor of NETZSCH Racing products, based in Queensland, Australia.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Top Source Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person placing the order. If you order for a business, you confirm you can act for it.

Prices and currency

• Orders delivered in Australia are priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Orders delivered to the European Union are priced in euros (EUR). Orders delivered to the United States and the other countries we ship to are priced in US dollars (USD). Checkout lists the countries we deliver to.
• Prices for delivery outside Australia do not include GST, VAT, local taxes, import duties, customs fees or brokerage charges. Your country sets these and you pay them, usually to the courier before delivery.
• Shipping is added at checkout. You see the full price before you pay.

Prices can change, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. If a price or description on our site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the affected items before we dispatch them and refund what you paid for them in full.

Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you offer to buy the items in it. We accept your offer when we email you an order confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is no longer available, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund everything you paid for the cancelled items.

Please check your order confirmation. If something is wrong, email sales@netzschracing.com straight away.

Payment

• Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
• Payments are processed by Airwallex. You can pay with the cards and digital wallets shown at checkout.
• Your card details go straight to Airwallex. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your bank may charge a fee for paying in a foreign currency. That fee is between you and your bank.

If checkout says online payment is not open yet, email sales@netzschracing.com to order. We reply with the price and how to pay.

Approved dealers do not pay online. They send an order request, as set out in our Dealer terms.

Stock and made-to-order items

Each pad page shows whether that pad is in stock or made to order.

Made-to-order NETZSCH pads leave the factory in about 5 working days. Then allow for delivery to you. For discs and calipers, email sales@netzschracing.com for the current lead time.

Delivery dates are estimates. If an item will be much later than we told you, we will let you know, and you can cancel that item for a full refund.

Shipping costs, dispatch times and tracking are set out in our Shipping policy.

Please check your delivery address before you pay. The goods are at your risk once they are delivered to that address. They belong to you once we have received full payment.

Shipping Protection

At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection for your parcel. It is provided by Xcotton, not by us, under Xcotton’s own terms.

If a covered parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you claim with Xcotton directly. To claim, use the link in Xcotton’s email or go to xcottons.com, within the time limits in Xcotton’s terms. Xcotton decides claims and pays them or arranges a replacement.

Shipping Protection is an extra. It does not replace or reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Check the fit

Before you order, check that the part number (for example D1292) matches the pad shape your caliper takes, and that a disc suits your caliper and hub. Our part finder is a guide built from caliper and vehicle data. It cannot cover every production change or modified car.

Not sure? Email support@netzschracing.com with your car, your caliper and the number on your old pads, and we will check the fit before you order.

Brakes keep you safe. Have them fitted by a qualified mechanic, following the vehicle maker’s procedures, with discs, calipers and fluid in good condition.

Fitting larger discs or different calipers is a vehicle modification. In some Australian states and territories it needs approval, and your insurer may need to know.

Motorsport and track use

NH65 and NH70 are race formulas. They are made for the racetrack and are not for road use. On the road they can be noisy and dusty, and wear discs and pads quickly.

Every formula has a rated temperature on its page. Using a formula above its rating, or for a use it is not made for, can cause fade and damage.

Track days and racing carry risks we cannot see or control. Check that your parts suit your car, your event and its technical rules. Our Warranty explains how track use is treated.

Bedding in

New pads and new discs must be bedded in before hard use. Until they are, they grip less and the car takes longer to stop.

Follow the bedding-in steps for your formula. If you do not have them, email support@netzschracing.com before you fit the pads. After hard braking, do not sit with the brake pedal held down on very hot discs.

Product information

Friction figures, temperature ratings and curves on this site come from the factory’s tests. They help you choose a formula. They are not a promise of how the parts will perform on your car, because results depend on the car, discs, tyres, cooling and driving.

Photos and pixel drawings are there to identify the parts. Packaging and small details may differ.

Your rights and our liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. If you live outside Australia, you also keep the rights your local consumer law gives you.

Subject to those rights, and as far as the law allows:

• we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by incorrect fitting, skipped bedding in, using a formula above its rating or for a use it is not made for (including NH65 or NH70 on the road), worn or faulty parts of your brake system, modification or accident;
• we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, race results or prize money, except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a right to compensation for it.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as natural disasters, customs holds or carrier failures. We will tell you as soon as we can. If the delay is long, you can cancel the affected items for a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we can bring proceedings in the courts of Queensland, or in any other court that has jurisdiction.

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues are sorted out quickly by email.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
