Shipping
Every order ships tracked. In Australia it costs A$15, and it is free when your items come to A$300 or more.

- In-stock items usually leave us within 2 working days. Made-to-order NETZSCH pads leave the factory in about 5 working days.

- Orders sent overseas may attract import duties and taxes, which you pay.

The free-shipping amount is the total of your cart after any discount, before shipping (Shipping Protection counts if you add it). Checkout shows your exact shipping cost before you pay.
Checkout lists the countries we deliver to. If yours is not there, email sales@netzschracing.com and we will see what we can do.
When your order ships
- In-stock items usually leave us within 2 working days of your payment.
- Made-to-order NETZSCH pads leave the factory in about 5 working days, then travel to you. Each pad page shows if that pad is made to order.
- For discs and calipers, email sales@netzschracing.com for the current lead time.
Working days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays in Queensland, or in China for parts that leave from the factory.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the tracking details. If you have an account, you can also see your orders there.
If your tracking has not moved for 5 working days, email sales@netzschracing.com and we will chase the carrier.
Delivery times
Delivery times come from the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas and international parcels take longer.
Shipping Protection
At checkout you can add optional Shipping Protection, provided by Xcotton under Xcotton’s own terms. If a covered parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you claim with Xcotton directly, and Xcotton pays the claim or arranges a replacement. Xcotton emails your protection details after your order ships. To claim, use the link in Xcotton’s email or go to xcottons.com, within the time limits in Xcotton’s terms.
Without it, you keep your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email support@netzschracing.com.
Shipping Protection is not available on dealer orders.
Customs, duties and taxes
Our prices and shipping charges for orders outside Australia do not include import duties, VAT, GST, customs or brokerage fees. Your country sets them, and you pay them, usually to the carrier before delivery.
If a parcel is refused or sent back because these charges were not paid, we refund the items once they are back with us, less the shipping both ways and any charges we cannot recover.
Some countries restrict imported vehicle parts or need extra paperwork. Please check your country’s rules before you order.
Address errors
Please check your delivery address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email sales@netzschracing.com straight away. We can change the address until the order ships.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it was not collected, we send it again once you pay the new shipping cost, or refund the items less the shipping both ways.
